Hi, the tightening of the con rod bolts is done in 2 stages, Stage 1 is 30nm or 22 lbft. Stage 2 is a further 180deg (half a turn). Hope this is of some help. Woody-K

rocker arm capscrews 19 ft-lbs that should be what your looking for... you don't torqe the rods, you torque the rocker arms and that's what its supposed to be

Turn the motor over until the valve is completely closed. Back off the nut and turn the push rod with your fingers while slowly tightening the nut. When you can no longer turn the push rod with your fingers, turn the nut another 1/2 turn.
