it is done when the baby comes out first with the leg.
A C-section is done when the labor becomes difficult and/or possibly life-threatening to the mother or child
It is an incision into the uterus done during a cesarean section, open fetal surgery , and some second-trimester abortions
During a c-section your body still has pregnancy hormones and it makes it easier for the tubes to begin to heal themselves and reconnect
My wife has given first birth by C section for first baby on October 2008 and now she is again positive in pregnancy. Please let me know is there any problem for mother because the first delivery was done in recently and that was C section.
Well a C-section can be done either by request or by the doctor's decisions. Doctors will most likely do a C-section if the labor becomes complicated and has problems such as fetal distress and dystocia. C-sections are also done if the labor might become life-threatening to the mother or child.
C-sections are scheduled to be done before labor begins. Contractions can cause many complications in a cesarean delivery. If labor is stalled and an emergency c-section is required, the dilation is not relevant.

by a special thread
It is not typically done at the same time as delivery, especially with a vaginal delivery though it can be done during a scheduled cesarean, but it is possible to have it done very soon afterwards.
thread is a light weight program . concurrent execution of code can be done by usin threads.thread is a part of the program.
You thread a needle with the thread you want to pull through, pass the needle into the material slightly within the margins of the pattern and pull the thread through. You don't really have to pull the top thread through to tie off because the stitch density is high enough to lock the thread, you can clip close. If you feel the need, unpick a few stitches (don't rip them, unravel the top and bobbin threads) until you have enough length to work with, pull the top thread through the fabric with the bobbin thread ad tie them together. When you change top thread, lay a short tail of the previous color and the new thread across the next pattern section and the thread will be locked. Same idea when you change the bobbin thread
