Apparantly Someone Shut the trunk Lid Too Hard And Broke the Auto Latch Assembly . They are Very easy to Break You Can Either repair it yourself Or take it to A dealer .Either way after repair you shut the lid with little or no pressure ....DONT SHUT THE LID FAST OR HARD.....

You can, but I would advise against it as your computer should be shut down normally thru Windows. This way Windows is shut down properly, and the the read/write head on the hard drive is properly "parked" in a safe area on the hard drive.
The data hard drive or just hard drive is where all your programs are stored when your computer is shut down. Every progam you see on your computer is stored on the hard drive. That's why the bigger the hard drive the more programs you can put on your computer.
