A tomb is a ditch dug in the round so that a dead body (in a coffin) can be put into it. A tombstone is a stone set up over a tomb usually with the name and age of the deceased person.

A warning though, if you have a child or toddler pregnancy they will talk like an adult and float (glitch) and they will not have a bump. Usually, the teens do not glich and have a bump, but if not then go to the sims 2 website and download some maternity clothes and you have a pregant sim! Hope this helps:)
