These holes do not get re-drilled as they were never drilled in the first place. they are built and stay built. There is not "drill" to create them. If they get damaged or filled in, the building is in trouble and needs to be re-built, not re-drilled.
The mint does not drill holes into the coins. If a hole is drilled into a coin it dramatically reduces value. MANY COUNTRIES DRILLED HOLES IN THEIR COINS. THE COINS WERE WORN FOR JEWELRY AND THAT RENDERS THE COIN PRETTY MUCH WORTHLESS.

The two pieces of wood that are to be joined together have holes drilled in them the right size of the dowels. The holes are drilled to line up perfectly so that the dowel slides in the holes and lines the edges of the wood to match up.
On most small Chrysler outboards, there is a dust cover under the flywheel nut. Once removed, you can see the puller bolt holes. I have seen flywheels with no holes drilled, but there were dimples where they belonged. In these cases, I drilled and tapped the holes myself.
In the frame, or the body? In the case of the frame (or even the body), I'd consider they possibly had additional electrical items installed, and drilled the holes to run the wiring through.
The Honda Pilot does not come with pre-drilled holes for a front license plate bracket so first you have to drill the holes. Once the holes are drilled then you can use the screws that came with the bracket to secure it into place.
Tap them in "lightly" with a hammer or a mallet.
The ship that drilled holes in the sea floor is known as the "Glomar Challenger." It was used for the Deep Sea Drilling Project from 1968 to 1983, facilitating significant advancements in oceanic and geological research. The Glomar Challenger played a crucial role in understanding the structure and history of the ocean floor.
Pocket holes are angled holes drilled into wood to join pieces together. They are used in woodworking projects to create strong and hidden joints without the need for visible fasteners. By using a special jig and screws, pocket holes allow for quick and efficient assembly of furniture and other wooden structures.
To drill weep holes, first, select the appropriate drill bit size based on the desired hole diameter. Mark the locations where the holes will be drilled, ensuring they are positioned at the lowest points to allow drainage. Use a masonry or wood drill bit, depending on the material, and drill at a perpendicular angle to create clean holes. Finally, clear any debris from the holes to ensure proper drainage.
