Database transaction
A query can be used to do things with the data. Mostly it is to extract information from the database, but they can also be used to delete, edit and update a database. Queries are very important and powerful aspect of a database.
A Pharmacy can enter that information into their database and tell you.
It means if you enter "rubbish" information into a database, you'll only get "rubbish" information out. So check any data that is going to be inputted into a DB.

Microsoft's Access database is used for gathering and understanding information such as your phone numbers, inventory, guest lists, things you are tracking in order to provide a convenient way to enter, navigate, and report your data.
