You can use any of the arrow keys. You can use the Tab key. You can use the Enter key. You can use the Page Up and Page Down keys. You can use the Home and End keys, in conjunction with the Ctrl and Shift keys. You can use the F5 key to go to a specific cell.
Click on the worksheet name tabs at the bottom of the screen or click on the arrow heads on the small scroll bar at the bottom of the screen.

There are lots of ways you could do it. You could use the Page Up or the Page Down keys. You could use the Goto option by pressing the F5 key and typing in a cell address. You could also create a link in a cell that when you click will bring you to another part of the worksheet. You could also use a Custom View to jump to another part of a worksheet.
Ctrl and the ` key will show or hide formulas. The `is the apostrophe key, not the single quote key.
Answers does not have access to textbook answer keys.
Deselecting is removing the selection of a cell. So if a cell is selected and you click onto another cell, the first cell is no longer selected. The exceptions to this are when you have the Ctrl or Shift keys pressed when you click on another cell, or if you hold the mouse button and drag, in which case the original cell will stay selected and you can select more cells.
You can do it in lots of ways. For example, you can use the arrow keys to do it, use the mouse to do it or even use the Goto function to do it, by pressing the F5 key and entering in the cell you want to go to. Using Goto would be a long winded way of moving just one cell, so the keyboard or mouse options are better.
To navigate is to move around. In Word or Excel you need to move around your document or worksheet. You can do this in lots of ways. You can click on different parts of your page or worksheet. You can use the navigations keys, which are the cursor keys, Home, End, Page Up and Page Down. In combination with other keys you can navigate in different ways. You can also navigate using bookmarls.

Directional Keys
Sometimes, if your keys have an electronic fob and someone you know has another one that opens your vehicle, the car can be unlocked by that person pushing their fob's unlock button into a cell phone while you hold your cell phone up to the lock of the car.
They should go cell by cell. Check the keyboard is ok. If the arrow keys are part of the main keyboard, on other keys, check whether Num Lock is on or off. Check Excel options too.
