Restrictor fitting on the back of the head.
Pressure washers use an attachment called a chemical injector to siphon soap into the water stream. The chemical injector works based on the the physics principle known as the Venturi Effect. The Venturi Effect occurs when there is a restriction in a medium through which water or air is flowing. This restriction causes an increase of speed in the flow, but a drop in pressure. A chemical injector uses this drop in pressure to siphon chemicals or soap into the water stream. With a chemical injector, this drop in pressure is achieved by using a nozzle with a large opening. There are two main types of chemical injectors:Downstream injector- This type of chemical injector is placed on the outlet side of the pump. A special nozzle is used (as mentioned above) to decrease the pressure to that the chemical can be siphoned.Upstream injector- This type of chemical injector is placed on the inlet side of the pump to inject the chemical into the water before it enters the pump. This type of injector is also known as a "high pressure" injector because the chemical is pumped through the pressure washer, and is thus released at the high pressures with the water. This is the only type of chemical injector that you can use different nozzles with. Since the chemical is injected using the low pressure inlet hose (garden hose), you do not need a special nozzle to decrease the pressure on the outlet side. This type of chemical injector is usually not recommended, however, due to the fact that the chemical is circulated through the pump. This can cause seals, such as the pump's o-rings, to wear out faster.
For monitoring fluid pressure in a system. Using for pressure calibration of various system on different settings.
There should be a fuel pressure "test" port behind the throttle body. Test the fuel pressure at the test port using a fuel pressure gauge. If the engine starts using starting fluid and doesn't start without, and the fuel pressure at the test port is normal... you have something else going on. It COULD be the injector, but don't assume until you've tested other stuff.
the 4jx1 engine does not have an injector pump. it is a common rail diesel and therefore relies on a high pressure pump in the tank supplying 4 electronic injectors fitted to a common rail, similar to most modern petrol engines. To realize the compatibility between low exhaust emission and high engine output, an HEUI (Hydraulically actuated Electronically controlled Unit Injector) system, has been introduced. This system is comprised of a hydraulic system, fuel system, and electronic control system, using a high-pressure oil pump in place of the conventional fuel injection pump. The oil pressurized by means of this pump and by signals from the ECM (Electronic Control Module) actuates the fuel injector provided for each cylinder. Inside of the fuel injector, fuel pressure is increased due to the high-pressure oil. The ECM detects the driving state of the vehicle, forms, signals sent by engine and other part sensors, which determines the optimum fuel injection amount and timing, thus controlling the fuel injectors. Thus high engine output, good fuel economy, and low exhaust emission are realized.
Different organizations regulate different symbols. To which symbols are you referring?
Yes . Bad injectors more stress fuel pressure wont maintain. Shut down
using a pressure washing system
To maintain the pressure of 1 bar in a pipeline you would normally employ a regulator which has a diaphragm which works a needle valve balanced against an adjustable spring. An example of the use of a regulator would be the ones found on propane cylinders to regulate the gas pressure.
You can regulate the input voltage for a UPS using additional line filtering techniques.
