A water bottle is a water bottle, nothing special about that. A cyclist's water bottle is simply a bottle shaped and sized to fit a holder(called a cage) that's attached to the bicycle frame. The bottles usually have a nozzle that can be pulled open with the teethto make it possible to drink from them one handed.
in our photography class, it is either frame within frame, or double images. everyone calls it different things, but universally called frame within frame. :) If you mean frame within a 'door' frame. then it is called a sub-frame

I just pulled up on the top of the frame then pushed out gently. To reinsert, I put the top of the lenses in the side closest to the nose piece. then I pulled up on the top of the frame and popped the new lenses in place. Wear latex gloves it will make clean up easier.
None, the 1952 mounted on a curved, A shaped frame, all later model trucks use a straight, or X shaped frame. Also the frames on later model trucks are approximately 5 inches wider.
