There are no US bills with series letter J. The highest series letter was H, on the last 1935-dated $1 silver certificates.
In any case, the motto wasn't added to $1 bills until 1957 and other denominations in 1963, so depending on the dates of your bills the fact that the motto is missing is almost certainly not an error.
Please post new and more specific questions with the bills' dates for more accurate valuations.
not enough info
Between $6 and $30, depending on the condition. Not having the In God We Trust legend is normal for this series. It first appeared on $5 bills with series 1963 US Notes.
$1,300
This is normal for 1950 $5 bills. In circulated condition, it has no added value. A gem crisp uncirculated note is worth about $15
Unless it's crisp and uncirculated, face value only
There were no series of 1951 $100 bills ever printed.
The motto "In God We Trust" also appeared on 1935-series $1 bills with an "H" series letter as well as "G". Please see the question "What is the value of a 1935 H US 1 dollar silver certificate?" for more information.
Bills printed in 1969 and later are only worth face value.
If you have four $100 bills, then the total value is $400. The only way a sequential set will have collector value is if they're an old series.
nothing
The value depends on the series (date) and condition. If it's series 1976 or later, it's worth face value.
Check the date or rather series again. US dollar bills were not made in 1920.
