Such a coin does not exist. The New Zealand 1 cent coin was first issued in 1967.

The monetary value of a one cent Cuban coin from 1853 is one cent. The numismatric value is another issue than could be answer by a numistatic expert.
The 1943 coin is about $3 at most. The 1951 coin is about $1 at most.
If it was found in change, the coin is face value. A uncirculated coin is about 25 cents.
The coin is still found in circulation and only face value.
Kennedy is on the US half dollar (50 cent) coin and Lincoln is on the penny (1 cent) coin.
It would have the same value as what it says on. If its 1 cent/pence it would be valued at 1 cent/pence.
3¢ U.S. FWIW, the coin is just a 2-cent piece. A penny is worth 1¢ so a "2-cent 1-cent" coin would be pretty odd.
