"Velvetized" could have one of two meanings.

1 - To give a velvet-like texture. E.g. "The chef knew that final touch of cream left his soup velvetized."

2 - To cover excessively with processed melted cheese product. E.g. "After bathing it in gallons of that orange, cheesy gunk, that macaroni was definitely velvetized!"
