Solid.all the inner planets are solid.and then once you get to Jupiter and beyond they are all gas planets.

Inner: Mercury, Venus Earth, Mars (Inside asteroid belt)

Outer: Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, (Pluto Dwarf planet) (outside asteroid belt)
