The process of uranium(or plutonium) enrichment from low concentration to high. usually the concentration of 90% or more is considered a weapons use concentration, and can be used to produce nuclear weapons. lesser degrees of concentration are used for nuclear power plants, or nuclear medicine. there are 2 main methods of nuclear proliferation, using gas centrifuge, or using a laser.
