How much should a three month old calf weigh?

This all depends on the breed. Three-month-old calves of different breeding will weigh more or less than the other. For instance, a Charolais calf will weigh more than a Jersey calf, or a miniature Angus calf will weigh less than an Angus calf (one that is normal in size and proportion).

Depends on the breed and body condition of the calf. A 600 lb Jersey calf can be around 7 to 8 months old, whereas a 600 lb miniature calf may not be a calf at all, but a 15 month old heifer or bull. A soggy Angus calf at 600 lbs may be at around 5 to 6 months of age.

About calving you have a 4 yr old angus cow that had her calf with trouble it was still born and lite weight. could there be twins you cant feel anything?

Your question is a little hard to understand so I will try to rephrase it. "This question is about calving. You have a 4 year old Angus cow that had trouble giving birth to her calf. It turns out it was stillborn and lighter in weight than usual. You went in and felt for another calf but couldn't feel anything. Any ideas?" So my answer to this is: I would go call up my vet ASAP, just to make sure she doesn't have another calf in there somewheres. She's probably calved out, but it doesn't hurt to double check. Also, try and see why she might've had the calf as a stillborn and lighter weight than usual. The calf could be a premie, or it suffocated with the cord wrapped around its neck (this happens to calves too, not just human babies), or I could've just caught the cow having trouble aborting a calf. All sorts of things could be the reason why this calf was born light and dead.
