first have your manicurist do a white french tip... then have them paint the rest of your nail black without getting the black nailpolish on the white part... or 1. clean your nails using nail polish remover 2. put on a base coat, let dry, add two more coats 3. once the base coats have dried, paint one thin layer of black polish on your nails 4. let dry 5. apply 2 more thin coats, letting each dry completely 6. I would suggest applying the white strip the next day, so you don't smudge. 7. The next day, put nail liners on your nail tips, you can find these at any drug store, follow the directions included. 8. Use a thin brush to paint your tips white, let your nails dry, then slowly remove the linear. 9. add 2 top coats, 10. let dry!! It does take ALOT of time and patience, but the end result is awesome!!! good luck

It depends on what is at the other end of the nail and how hard or soft it is. An impact on the nail can result in the following: 1. The head (impact point on the nail) will compress to some degree heat up somewhat. 2. The rest of the nail can compress, thicken and warm up. 3. The rest of the nail may bend. 4. If the object at the other end of the nail is hard enough, it will crack, split, or break. 5. If the object at the other end of the nail is soft enough, the nail will puncture it and enter into the object, and generate some heat as a result of friction.
The length of a cm is about from one end of you nail to the other end
