It doesn't represent anything... like most young they are not going to have the same colouring as the adult. It will most likely go away once the baby gets older. Just like a baby deer they have spots on their body and as they get older the spots disappear.

Because most bunny's in the wild have adapted to there environment by there fur color so predators wont see them as easily as a white bunny.
You can't buy wild rabbits for sale, only pet rabbits. Wild rabbits, like all wild animals, should be left alone and not domesticated, or caught and sold. It's one thing to hunt wild rabbits, and then sell their body or products (meat, fur), but you shouldn't catch and sell wild rabbits as live animals: there are enough pet rabbits to go around (in fact, in many places, there are too many -- overpopulation).
I think only white rabbits have ruby eyes but it's probably 64% rare.

The scientific name for all domestic rabbits (including all-white American rabbits, if they're domestic - meaning pets, farm animals, lab animals) is Oryctolagus cuniculas. Wild rabbits have different names (each species has its own scientific name). Examples of wild white rabbits in the US include the Snowshoe Hare (Lepus americanus) in the winter.
They can be any color from tan to black to white with black spots
Cottontail rabbits only come in an agouti color of brown and gray.

White rabbits can be found in various habitats such as forests, grasslands, and meadows. They are commonly domesticated but can also be found in the wild in parts of North America, Europe, and Asia. White rabbits often camouflage well with snow-covered landscapes during winter seasons.
