What is wrong 1989 ford F250 460Ci acts like it running out of fuel and stalls won't rev up then dies you let it set for 30 or 40 minutes then it starts and runs fine?

It sounds like it could be an ignition module. Take it off and take it to Oreilly's or a parts store that can test it.
It is the fuel filter inline by the engine,replace filter and it will run fine.
