Hello there. The feeling of fluttering you have mentioned above sounds like heart palpitations. These are very common and most are benign and not heart problem related. However if you have a heart condition or there is a history of heart problems in your family OR if your experiencing other symptoms along with the palpitations - then it is advisable you seek medical advice and speak to your doctor.
Slowing down and Speeding up
The car will jerk, feel like there is something heavy slowing it down and then it will not move. It happened to me today and you will know it when it happens. The car will not be able to move until that axle is fixed (which is a cheap fix)
It provides undesired slowing of the coaster on its path but it is essential for the brakes to stop it at the station.
actually if you noticed it only happens at a specific rpm, if you catch it while its shifting up or down this happens. so nothing really to worry about.
If one drives over bumps in a road without slowing down one is likely to do damage to the underside of one's vehicle. It is also possible when driving in this manner to get a flat tire due to an object one did not see in the road which punctured one's tire.
