Many factors can influence the menstrual cycle. Stress, diet, and exercise can cause irregular periods. Hormone imbalances can cause them too.

its normal. your period changes after your first time having sex, just relax it should come soon. if it doesnt you might want to take a pregnancy test if you havent gotten your period in the next two weeks, if you used a condom and it didnt rip or break, you have nothing to worry about :)

It may, or may not, be caused by the exercise. It most likely is not your period. If it lasts more than a few days and does not improve, please see a doctor.

No,there is nothing you can do but trust me they will come sooner than you think! I am 13 aswell and i have started my periods and trust me they are not very fun =P enjoy your days of being period free! /because you may want them now but trust me on this once you get them you will want rid of them!
