No I am pretty sure you always bleed or else doctors wouldn't know if you were having it. ___ I don't know how common it is, but my cycle works that way... I bleed for a couple of days, then have a day where I am not bleeding, and then start bleeding again for a day. So I think the answer is yes.

there is nothing wrong, that is just the way it goes. What happens is, you start for as many days, and then it stops for maybe 1 day, but then it starts back again for about 1-3 or 4 days. it is completely normal. Nothing has to be wrong, sometimes mother nature acts like she's giving us a break and then pulls the rug from under your feet...
