Low beams are burned out.
first thing to check is the fuses! if that's not the problem then ???

The contacts in the dimmer switch, on the steering column, may be burned from the headlamps being on all the time. The switch has to be replaced. First check the low beam lamp filaments with an ohm/multimeter for continuity.
A failing turn signal/wiper multi function switch is a common cause.
theres something wrong on ur headlamps or bulbs (wrong setup, burned bulb, or something of that nature)
You didn't mention if you checked/tested the low beam headlamps or not.
An electrical short when you turn your headlights on. Check the fuses and make sure you have the correct fuse for the headlamps. Check all wiring to the headlamps, check for corrosion of the cabling or melting of the insulation.
Does it have a power distribution box under hood? Check dimmer switch and wiring
