Tyre pressure sensors
This information can be found in your owner's manual. Don't have one, get one. Dealer or salvage yard is a source. sounds more like a bad wheel speed sensor or speed ring on the axle. I believe that this is your traction control, showing if its on or not. That's right it's the traction control. Your tires are slipping on pavement, or rock, ice, etc... It just lets you know your wheels are slipping and that the traction control is on. I usually let up on the gas and it helps. Or better yet,do what I do and turn the traction control off.
speedometer
TC (short for Traction Control) is designed to prevent loss of traction of the driven road wheels, and therefore maintain the control of the vehicle when excessive throttle is applied by the driver and the condition of the road surface (due to varying factors) is unable to cope with the torque applied. You may have turned it off and it is showing you that its off or you may have a faulty TC.

It will depend on which one is showing. They often show when something is not working on the vehicle and you need to have it checked out.
The fuses are ALL located on the passenger side of the dashboard, on the outside, under a door. just pop it off and there is a diagram showing which is which.
What warning? You could try the handbook or asking at the nearest Toyota dealer.
