Frederick Douglass believed that slavery was morally wrong, as he had personally experienced its brutalities and dehumanizing effects. His experiences as a slave fueled his passion for the abolitionist movement and advocating for the rights and freedom of all enslaved individuals.
Not only was it just Napoleon, but all pigs have abused their power simply by taking advantage of the other animals with there smarter beings. Towards the end of the novel, most of the animals have come to realize the tyrant Napoleon really is but cannot stand up to argue as Napoleon's power has grown to such an extent that almost everyone fears him, even humans.
Snowball, but only after he was run out of Animal Farm by Napoleon. From then on, whenever something went even mildly wrong, Snowball was to blame though he was never seen again after the initial event of being exiled.

Yes. Puppy mills abuse animals and often sell sick and animals with inherited disorders. They are out for the money and not to care for the animal.
