That would more then likely be the EGR VALVE

Possible shifter or linkage problem? ie: not actually going into reverse. Ummmm, you didn't zoom the tires in reverse and blow the gear did you... Hope that helps.

i have a 92 silverado 1500. put 410 gear in and took out stock 308 gear. yours is probaly the same if you have 350 engine and 700 trans.

The 1995 Chevrolet C1500 PU came equipped with multiple differential sizes. However all can use 80W90 GL5 gear oils. If the differential is limited slip a bottle of friction modifier may also be needed.
