The Master Mag 30-30 was made for coast to coast retail stores by mossberg. As for worth they are worth about 10 to 20% less than if they said mossberg on them. I bought one just this week in 85-90% condition for $265.00 So while it may not be worth much I think it shoots just as well as my Winchester model 94 that cost a lot more.
