Above all love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength. This is the first and greatest commandment. The second is to love your neighbor as yourself.
Jesus also commanded us to "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, even to the very end of the age."
Also read 1 Corinthians 12. Fellowship with other believers and pray and read your Bible. Don't be afraid to let God use you but let Him do it in His own time just be availible. Use good discernment but be judgemental people. God loves you or He wouldn't have sent His Son to die for you!

Speaking for Jehovah's Witnesses as Christians; we actually call it a 'com-mission'; or a 'mandate' from Christ Jesus. Our mission is found in Matthew 28:19:20, to witt: "All authority has been given Christ Jesus; THEREFORE - - GO - - Go make disciples of people of all nations; Baptize them; TEACH them all the commands of Jesus." Jesus and the early Christians actually did this, by their house-to-house ministry. There are other mandates also, but the above is Christians MAIN commission. This is the mission of Jehovah's Witnesses as Christians.
We as christians have a mission, that mission is to save all that has not been saved. So that ALL can serve God.
