Probably because of your birthdate? You have to be of a certain age (I think 18) to sign up with Zwinky. So you'll either have to lie about your age, or get an account on zwinky cuties if you want to register.

I don't think so, I would recommend using McAfee because it has parental controls so you can block websites then once you go to a harmful website it will say Blocked or something and tell you what the viruses were.
