To get to Navel Rock or 8 Island, you need the mystery ticket? (correct me if I'm wrong about that bit) at the top of navel rock is Ho-oh and to the bottom is lugia. Birth Island or 9 Island, you need the Aurora Ticket on the island is Deoxys To get the tickets to get to 8 & 9 island you need t go to a Nintendo event or get them of a cheat system such as Action replay or GameShark. And yes it is people have been there! That's how i got my Deoxys!!! Hope this Helped :)
