In this reaction we see an isotope of phosphorus,28P, undergo beta plus decay. In beta plus decay, a proton in the nucleus of an atom undergoes a transformation wherein an up quark becomes a down quark. This event, mediated by the weak nuclear force (or weak interaction), results in the proton becoming a neutron. When this happens, the atom changes from one element to another element in a process called transmutation. Here we see phosphorus become silicon, and the equation might look like this: 1528P => 1428Si + e+ + ve In this beta plus decay event, we see the phosphorus-28 atom transforming into a silicon-28 atom, and we see the positron (e+) and the neutrino (ve) kicked out of the nucleus on the back side of the event. 20 + 8 = 28p
0.53
There are 100 p in a pound so 28p as a fraction of a pound = 28/100 = 7/25
28p
The cost of 2.25 liters at 28p per liter would be £0.63, or 63p.
Convert to ml then try
4(7p + 3q - 2)
28p
28p goes to the charity funds.
To write with. People use pens instead of pencils because pen ink cannot be erased unless you use white-out, and pen ink is more black compared to pencil lead.Read more:What_do_you_do_with_a_penwe use pens so that no one can rub it out. You can purchase pens just for 28p in TESCO. Go on tesco.co.uk and buy them. There are 10 pens in a pack what costs 28p.
In 1974, the average price of a white sliced loaf (800g) was 14.2p. In 1979 this had risen to 28p. In 1976 it was somewhere in between - sorry could not find accurate answer!
The U.S. price for a loaf of bread in 1975 was as low as $0.14 (14 cents). However, this was not a typical market price. According to the USDA records, the average retail price was twice that much, 27 cents, for a 1 pound loaf. In the Northeast, for example, the price for a loaf of Sunbeam White Bread (regular 16 oz. loaf) was 29 cents. Interestingly there wasn't any "wheat" bread on the shelves of many stores in the area back then. (Major Bread Bakers, however, did market Wheat bread.)An Update from the Lighter SideA loaf of bread is still $0.14, however it is the same loaf of bread from 1975 so eat it at your own risk.
