A peninsula, like Florida.
Land surrounded by water is called an island.All land areas (including continents) can be considered islands because they are surrounded by the oceans. In the case of Australia, it is considered a continent rather than an island because of its size. The same applies to Antarctica, which is separated by the sea from all other continents.
An ISLAND is surrounded by water. A PENINSULA is surrounded by water on three sides only.An island is a pretty large form of land surrounded by water on all sides while a peninsula is a small peice of land surrounded by water on 3 sides.

As we know peninsula is a dry land covered by water on three sides. Pakistan is not at all a peninsula because water doesn't surround it on three sides. Arabian sea touches Pakistan on its southern side only. So, Pakistan is not a peninsula.
