im not entirely sure but i have heard manaphy comes back and tells you a realy good dungeon for gummis also when you have that dungeon unlocked it is easier to recruit legendary Pokemon that you meet in random dungeons e.g if you take a secret slab to the 3rd floor of spacial rift you will find darkrai and a chance to recruit him there is a chance to recruit every other legendary too but you will have to look that up somewhere else cause im not sure where they are... although i don't think you can recruit celebi on darkness or mewtwo on time and im not sure about cresceli or jirachi. Deoxys is extremely hard to recruit although it is possible

to get rayquazza you have to first rescue scizor if you havent already. then you have to get the wonder code for the "sky stairway" dungeon. its 50 floors and afterwards you will fight rayquazza, if your starter is not your team leader he will automaticaly ask to join your team when defeated, you will also get the sky item that makes it easier to recruit flying type Pokemon

My guess is that you are trying to recruit darkrai. You don't have to use the mystery part, you just have to have it in your treasure bag. An easier tactic would be to go to miracle b3f.
