The King of Clubs is a random collectible loot drop triggered when you do Soldier level jobs. Collectibles aren't dropped every time you do a job, and you'll often get multiples of one collectible and none of another. Gift your extras to people in your Mafia and put the ones you need on your Wish List - I probably get 50%+ of my needed collectibles by trading rather than drops.
