What jobs can you get with a masters degree in education and training?

You could be a teacher in the classroom, or join the administrative team of an educational district (curriculum, guidance counseling, admin etc.). You could get a job with a human resources dept of a company and do training, or plan training. Additionally, you could get a job with any company doing anything you liked, because even though your masters is in education, you don't necessarily have to use it in the educational field. For example, you could get a job coordinating temp help for a temporary help agency. Or you could get a job in the social services helping the less abled. Or you could get a job at a college in one of the dean's offices as an asst dean. Look closely at all the jobs in your local university or college--there is a lot of jobs that you will be competitive for. In other words, don't be hamstrung by the degree name. The fact that you got your masters is a leg up on others with only a college degree.
