A Bar exam is required only as a requisite to practice law in that state - I know of no other reason one would have to take a Bar exam.

I have a my CNA/GNA that was issued in Maryland. Will I be able to use this in Oregon for any amount of time Or will I have to take the classes and exams all over again?

Some jobs doesnt care what state you have taken the exam in they will still hire you if you have your CNA certificate, as for some laws in Oregon though requires you to take the Oregon exam because each state varies, I was a CNA in Oregon, and I'm in Utah now they require here I take the Utah exam before they except me for the CNA position.

What test do lawyers take?

In order to get into an American Bar Association-accredited law school, you must first take the LSAT (Law School Admission Test). Once you get your score, you can apply to law school. Once you complete law school, you have to take the Bar Examination of the state that you want to practice in. Then, you go through an admissions process, but there's no testing after the Bar. Foreign-educated lawyers will probably just have to take the Bar Exam of the state they want to practice in.

How do you become an insurance agent in Kansas?

First of all you need to decide on the type of insurance license you need to acquire, for example L&H, P&C, etc. As KS does not require pre-license education, you can give the state insurance exam without going through any coursework BUT that is not recommended. In order to prepare for the state exam, professionals recommend to take the practice pre-licensing course to get the knowledge you require to pass the state exam.
