MOST, canned tomatos do, not all. You can test this by leaving a plastic utensil in the juices overnight, or microwave a cup of the juices from it with a plastic utensil in there. The spoon will have absorbed some of the dye.
A good brand of ketchup should have no added colouring; it isn't necessary. Read the label to check for additives.
