f8 during boot. (on most windows systems)
Most systems use the F8 key, while booting up, to start in Safe Mode. Immediately after power up, keep hitting the F8 key about once per second, until you come up in Safe Mode.
Press the F8 key while the system is booting. Then choose safe mode.
Safe mode is a minimal system start that is used for troubleshooting. Only basic files are loaded and a system check is down on startup.

On startup press and hold f8 and select safe mode...now go to run and type cmd it opens command prompt just type " graphics mode " cmd askes you do you want to activate graphics...reply with " y " and press enter!
