To insert text, identify the appropriate location and use the insert function or simply type in the new information. For replacing text, highlight the existing content and type the new text to overwrite it. To delete text, select the unwanted section and either hit the delete key or use the backspace key, ensuring the final letter maintains a professional tone and format.
To switch from insert mode to overtype mode in most text editors, you can typically press the "Insert" key on your keyboard. This toggles between the two modes, with insert mode allowing you to add text without overwriting existing characters, and overtype mode replacing existing characters as you type. If your keyboard doesn’t have an "Insert" key, you may need to use a specific keyboard shortcut or check the settings of your text editor for an option to change modes.

Short answer, you can't. To change the text of a printed image you need to scan it in to the computer and use Photoshop or similar (Paint might do it depending on the complexity of the image) to digitally clone or paint over the text and replace it with new text imitating it. For example, when I changed the text for a London Underground roundel digitally for a train lover, I edited out the existing text and used a font that resembled it for the custom text etc.
