From the spreadsheet (to display the Print dialog box), press CTRL+P or CTRL+SHIFT+F12. If in print preview, press ALT+F, then press P.
To print a document you can access this by going to file>print. To do this via your keyboard you would need to hit Ctrl + P. On some pages it might also open the "Print Preview" tool.

There is no separate Print Page key on a Mac keyboard. Press the Command key (cmd) and the P key together to bring up a Print dialogue pane.
The action is actually called Cut. You can do it in lots of ways. You can use the Cut command from the Edit menu. You can press and hold the Ctrl key and then press the X key. You can get Cut by right clicking on the mouse and picking the command from the shortcut menu that appears. You can press the shortcut menu key on your keyboard and pick it from there. You can press and hold the Shift key and then press the Delete key.
An ampersand key is this, & it is the 'and' short cut symbol.

Cut and Paste actions are activated by holding down the Command (cmd) key next to the Space bar. To Cut: Select whatever you want to cut by clicking the mouse button on it and then dragging the mouse to select all that you want. Press the Command key and the X key together to cut the selected item from your document. To Paste: Click wherever you want to insert the item to be pasted and then press the Command key and the V key together and the item will be pasted into the document. Originally the X key was chosen as it could be said to resemble a pair of scissors to cut with and the V key was something pressing down to paste the item.
