He uses:
{1} Raichu-Lv.46
{2}Octillery-Lv.47-Water
{3}Luxray-Lv49
{4}Ambipom-Lv.47-Normal
Use ground type moves such as earthquake to beat Raichu, Luxray and Ambipom
For octillery kill him with an electric tpe or grass type.
