Well usually if you want an egg of a certain Pokemon you breed that Pokemon with either a Ditto or another of the same kind. To do so go to wherever the daycare man's house is in your game and leave the two Pokemon, opposite genders, there for a while. But, if you breed Pikachu you'l get a Pichu out of its egg, wich are only obtained by breeding Pikachu. If you want the Pichu to be a Pikachu, then you need to max out its happiness then get it to level up.

Go to the room with two guys. One of them is Mr.Backlot, the owner of the Pokemon mansion. I think after you get the National, you can talk to him everyday, and he will tell you a new Pokemon that appears in his garden everyday. Some of the Pokemon in the trophy garden are: bonsly, pichu, chansey, castform, chatot, and some rare Pokemon that I happen to forgot the name of. Hope this helps!
