What kind of UFOs have been seen?

Eyewitness accounts are pretty consistant as to the shape and size of UFO's. There are several different types just as there are several different types of aliens, about four or five. There are the saucer-shaped ones, the cylindrical-shaped ones and triagular-shaped ones. Although the outside appearance differs they all have commonalities. They can hover, and excellerate and decellerate at incredible speeds, most are almost completely silent, and all have the capablity to display external lights. Some eyewitnesses have radiation burns and sickness after a sighting.
