If you mean how expensive is it - it depends on what you want to rent and where. In Bangkok prices are much higher than the country side of course. WHole houses can be rented for as little as 5000 baht in most places (outside of Bangkok) and upwards. In Chiang Mai for example, a nice 3 bed house with small garden can be rented about 10Km from the cirt for 5k+ baht, a new marble amd teak floored house on a securit poatrolled moo bahn can be rented for 10-30k easily. Bills are generally cheap too - water is very cheap maybe 150 baht a monthg and electricity will cost more (depoendinjg on air con) between 1 and 4000 baht a month.
