Bad eye contact, unable to accept a compliment gracefully, speaks quietly & takes minor criticisms too harshly. You just have to be extra aware of body language. Insecurities can arise from just personal dislikes, or it could be a deeply seeded issue. Their body language is closed off or in protect mode, like crossed arms over stomach. Try not to confuse this with nerves. A woman that is nervous because she likes you a lot could put off the same signs. Try complimenting her. If she smiles & says thanks or compliments you back it's secure. If she acts like she doesn't agree, it's a likely a sign of insecurity.
