Almost any kind of book can be borrowed from a library. The exception to this rule are books that are within the reference section (e.g. dictionaries, encyclopaedias, atlases, directories, etc); these can only be used within the library and cannot be removed.

Almost any type of book can be borrowed from the library, except for reference materials (e.g. encyclopedias, dictionaries, almanacs, atlases). Books in the reference section can only be used within the library. Some libraries - such as rare book libraries - may not allow users to borrow non-reference items due to their value.

books, books, and even more books oh and a librarian
Books, mostly.
The type of books in Clinton Presidential Library are usually first edition copies of many books. The library also has many exhibitions and museum rooms.
it depends on how many books are in the library and on how many type or kind of book are in there

This depends on what kind of books are being donated, the type of library, and the collection development policies of the library. Some libraries will accept donations of certain types of books that are in decent condition; these books may be added to the collection or sold as part of a fundraiser. If books are donated that cannot be used by the library (or sold), the library will end up having to incur the costs of handling and disposing of these materials - which isn't helpful to the library at all.
The best place to find any kind of books for any information is at a library. Membership is free and they have a book catalog and you can 'order' any book from a different library and it will be shipped to your local library.
