There are a few different options you could use.
One option is called a traveling cage. It has tray for droppings, wire 1/2 by 1 for the rabbit to sit on, much smaller that a cage, lid opens from top on single hole carriers. Has a handle on top to carry. Has cups for water and food. This kind of cage is a rabbit breeder's supply.
Another option is a pet carrier, like a cat carrier from the pet store.
Take it to the vet immediately!
I would highly recommend you give your bun to someone to look after, or take it to a kennel that has rabbit sitting facilities. How are you planning to feed it for all that time, and make sure it has adequate water? Your bun will get very bored and lonely whilst you are away.
To breed a rabbit take the female rabbit to the males cage never to the females cage. Once you have put them in the cage leave them there over night. After that in the morning take the rabbit out for 1 to 12 hours and then put them back in . Hope this helps if not send me an email at modlin.riley@gmail.com

The coldest temperature a rabbit can take is 45o F. When your placing your rabbit and cage in a cold temperature, put a heavy cloth over the cage/hutch to prevent cold breezes coming in.
your rabbit may have an open wound you are un aware of, take them to the vet and tell them about this probelm.
yes you do or the male will kill the babys
Yes, Why is your doe in with your buck. You should take the doe to the bucks cage let them breed and remove her. Every rabbit should have it's own cage.
if a rabbit smells, it may have a dirty cage or hutch. All you need is some woodchip and straw or hay and a little bit of disinfectant to clean it. Or if you try cleaning the hutch and the rabbit still smells, take it to the vet. He/she will sort it out.
For details and helpful links, see the related question (linked below) about how to care for rabbits. One person writes: Rabbits need to you to pay attention to them, pet/hold them. Brush them. Feed them. Make sure their cage is cleaned on a regular basis. Make sure the rabbit stays clean. And if it appears to be sick you need to take it to a small animal vet.
Mice and other small rodents can squeaze through all most anything u should take your cage back and ask someone who works there and tell them u need a cage 4 a mouse they will show u what kind of cage u need!
