Puerto Rico doesn't have a lot of people speak English. in Puerto Rico they are fully surrounded by water they cant escape we can.also they don't wear jeans they wear something like long dresses.also they have to be arms length from a person and you have to intrude a lot or you are being disrespectful in the u.s. if you intrude then you will get punished.
