Okay, here's how it works: A cog (of any type) will randomly walk off the street into any toon building (you usually won't actually see this happen). If you try to go in it, it would say "Careful, there's a cog in there!" and whatever kind of cog it is (Cashbot/Sellbot/Lawbot/Bossbot) it will be that kind of cog building. For example, if a Two-Face (Sellbot) walks into a toon building, the taken over building would be a sellbot building. Hope that helped!
