Normally it's just paracetamol, which is useful if you have a raised temperature with the cold, at a dosage of half the "recommended" adult dose, i.e not more than 4 x 500mg tablets (total of 2000 mgs) in 24 hours, with not more than 500mg in two hours. However check with your doctor.
