(UK only) Persons with schizoafective disorder may be entitled to reduced college fees if they are in receipt of income support benefit.
There is also the Ely-Lilly "reintegration scholarship" from the makers of Zyprexa. You don't have to be on Zyprexa to qualify. There is a forms to fill out by doctor, 2 references, and your own with a statement of purpose. The scholarship will pay up to full tuition, fees, and books. It helped me, maybe it will help you.
